Join Historic Columbia to explore Columbia’s Main Street District on a tour unlike any other. For one day only, we are unlocking the doors to an exciting mix of urban spaces—come explore private residences, short-term rentals, and dynamic commercial properties throughout the vibrant 1500 block of Main Street, Columbia. Blending history, design, and downtown energy, this year’s event offers a fresh, city-centric twist on one of Palladium’s beloved events. 

Your self-guided experience will include:

• The opportunity to explore 8 different properties in Columbia’s historic downtown corridor, including areas often off-limits to the public.

• See historic images and pre-renovation snapshots of the sites, and read about the history of the buildings.

• Sample bites from a variety of downtown restaurants and enjoy complimentary beverages in the recently renovated AIA SC Center for Architecture. Plus you can cool off with a mid-tour popsicle compliments of our friends at Main Street District!
